Three distinct models in the Bizerba dynamic checkweigher range. All perform similar roles adapted and developed for alternative environments. They ensure all products that pass through the system are continuously sterile and the unit is designed to ensure the area stays that way.
The Dynamic Checkweigher
Completely made from high grade stainless steel the components are sealed or easily accessed for hygienic cleaning; the shape of the machine has also been designed to ensure that there is no build-up of any residue or dirt.
The entire CW range by sorting the goods and allocating them accordingly to the appropriate category. The parameters for the classes for the goods to be set by the user and the system will adapt accordingly. The easy setup of the system completed with a controlled package or packages at set up.
Once the controlled package has been entered into the checkweigher system and set up, the CWF and CW range will within the set tolerance manage the entire production line, it will checkweigh, measure and identify any parameters set by the user. The system will reject any anomalies identified immediately and create immediately downloadable reports of any rejections. All reports to be printed or viewed on line for reference. All data will be stored indefinably for future reference.
The CWE Maxx dynamic checkweigher is used in the food and non-food industry’s mainly for use in high performance line systems and can checkweigh up-to 15 kilo grams. The system can weigh and site approximately 400 items per minute. The system used in conjunction with metal detectors and visual systems to ensure seamless production.
For an entry level checkweigher, Bizerba recommends the CWD Maxx. The system is modular in construction, can be adapted to allow for up-to 5 belt modules. Tailored to the sites individual specifications. The system currently the most popular choice for non-wet cleaning systems in the range.
