High IP Protection Checkweigher from Bizerba. Consider the CWPmaxx series dynamic checkweigher. Offering IP69 protection on the transport system allows high pressure jet washing on the conveyors.
Ideal for food and non food sectors. Generally used in wet areas and generally used in the bakery industry. The open design lends it self to fresh meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, cakes, bread and pastries.
Alternatively you may not need this level of protection. Optional protection of an IP65 system which will protect from dust and deposits. The IP65 protection, ideal for low pressure washer jets or cleaning from any direction in wet or dry areas.
High IP Protection Checkweigher – Options
If you require a standard dynamic checkweigher then the CWEmaxx series dynamic checkweigher comes in two IP protection formats. IP65 for food packaging and IP54 for packaged goods, this will repel spray and fluids but will not withstand high pressure wet cleaning.
Dependant on the belt speed required and the weights that you need to check we have multiple variants for all your checkweighing needs. We offer free site surveys and consultation visits so that we can establish the correct system for your business.
Once your product has passed through this high protection clean and hygienic checkweigher you may want to include a BVS®-L maxx vision inspection system. Or you may need to X-Ray Food. This has a much lower IP protection level due to the cameras. It is important to ensure that there is a sufficient distance in belt length away from the wet cleaning areas for any inspection systems due to the high sensitivity of these machines.
High IP Protection Checkweigher – Bespoke Options
On request we will consider making an entire unit to your preferred specifications. If you require IP69 protection on the entire unit, we will be able to accommodate you. Generally in our experience the level of protection we offer as standard will meet all the current industry requirements. However we do understand that having this added flexibility can be attractive.
