Checkweigher expert & Key Account Business Development Manager for the Convenience Food Sector
This month we have a new staff member starting at Bizerba UK. Meet Andrew Butler-Miles – our new Key Account Business Development Manager for the Convenience Food Sector, who started on the 5th of January 2016.
Who is Our New Checkweigher Expert
Andrew has been working in the food inspection business for 6 years and already has considerable experience of food industry. Optimisation and processing technology, which he gained whilst working for an international checkweighing company.
Prior to this he spent 18 years working for a UK electronics manufacturer. During this time he helped to develop overseas business interests for his employer and spent an extensive amount of time in China setting up a production facility.
Andrew will be bringing his previous experience in checkweighing and x-ray inspection systems to his new role and is looking forward to applying some of his comprehensive expertise and knowledge in this area to help develop key accounts for Bizerba.
We would like to welcome Andrew and wish him every success at his new role at Bizerba UK.
As key account and business development manager for the convenience food sector, Andrew will be occupied primarily with the bakery and convenience food industry sectors, where he will be working with some of our innovative food inspection products – including the Bizerba Maxx range of checkweighers and XRE-D X-ray inspection system.
The Bizerba range of combi checkweighers includes the CWE Maxx dynamic checkweigher. Which also features a metal detector and is suitable for processing both fresh foods and production line items.
